I'm in Canada same as Cronos, and I just tried JA and no problem getting it. 
I'm not sure why you are having a problem connecting to it. Do you run a 
pop-up blocker that could be preventing you from accessing JA? or could you 
by mistake have blocked JA in your blocked list?  What country are you in? 
If you try to get Rose Tattoo and Serrated scalpel, you would probably have 
to try Ebay. I don't know how much they would be.  They are both on CD 
though started out on floppies, but Serrated Scalpel is older than Rose 
Tattoo, and SS was mainly text and not speech. Rose Tattoo was all speech on 
the CD.
