The teapot you need is the lamp you found on the Isle of the Beast. The 
three waters are the tears of a baby lettuce, the sacred vial the Oracle
gave you and some water from the well in the garden of the beast.

Go to the isle of the Mist (where the druids are). There you get the last
ingredient to summon the nightmare with wich you can get to the Realms of
the Dead. There is the river Styx.

As you're in the castle without getting the magic paint I think you tried 
the short way. Up in the castle you should put the nightingale on the floor. 
Hide when the guards come along. Now go to the middle of the hallway and 
remove the painting to your right, get the nail (you'll youse it as a 
lockpick later in the game). Search for the Vizier's room and find proof 
of his evil character. Now go down into the hall and disturb the wedding.
