Just for the record, I'm 24 and I own a Sega.  As for your second comment, I
don't agree.  Your average 18 year old is still thinking about what is best for
him.  Whatever will get him the most fun in the shortest amount of time. A
person is old enough to choose for himself what is best for him after he has
been out from under his guardian's care for about a year.  People learn
responsibility when they are given (forced) it.  Your average 18 year old isn't
responsible for to much yet.  Food is generally still free and so is a warm
place to sleep.  I had a 30 hour a week job when I was 18, but most of my money
went to fun things.  No harm done, but not the most mature choices.  When you 
pay your own bills you have to choose the course of action that will keep you 
fed, in your place of residence, and keep tuition paid (in most of our cases.) 
One can't just spend money on whatever you feel like as you did when someone 
else was paying room and board.  One has to exercise maturity and think about 
the results of our actions.  Sorry to be so long, but I don't think the average
18 year olds generally think this way so I wouldn't mind some kind of game 
regulation.
