Memorable scenes that come to mind (and note that this is not an exhaustive list, nor is it in order). I've decided to limit it arbitrarily to one scene per game. Beware, thar be spoilers here. Zork I: "You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door. There is a small mailbox here." and Return to Zork's fade-in from the text to the animated graphic of the white house. Gabriel Knight 1: The dream sequence, which keeps getting more and more detailed. Gabriel Knight 2: The opera. Quest for Glory 2: Paladin's ending. Quest for Glory 4: Toby's sacrifice. Sanitarium: Hunting for the sister's doll in the ghost house. Day of the Tentacle: The beauty contest. Grim Fandango: Farewell to Glottis. Monkey Island 1: Break-in to Governor Marley's mansion. Monkey Island 2: Parents' skeletons perform "Dem Bones". Monkey Island 3: The pirate song. Twinsen's Adventure: The grand finale. Loom: Breaking the loom. I'm sure there are tons more (and other have been mentioned elsewhere in this thread), but I'm going to stop here. - Claude. -- -- Claude Martins / Timberwolf / ICQ: 5304950 / York U, Toronto, ON, CA mar...@cs.yorku.ca / The Wolf Lair http://www.cs.yorku.ca/~martins/ "You've done a man's job, sir!"
