Well, that depends on which visit to level seven this is for you. If it is the first time thorough, then all you have to do is kill off all the guys wearing cloaks, all the skeletons and destroy those discs floating in the four rooms. Then, just walk up the middle and you will see another one of them nasty four armed death lords again! Kill him and then you go into a room that is sort of the hub of the game. That's where all the teleports are to all the other worlds.
