Origin was definitely going to do a sequel, or at least a semi sequel
(add-on sort of thing). They even advertised "Bioforge+" in a couple of
mags, which was supposed to be Bioforge+more stuff after the ending.
Unfortunately, the project was killed, probably because Bioforge wasn't
the big money maker that Origin hoped it would be. (Instead, they chose to
focus on boring action games (Crusader) and movies, oops, I meant space
combat (WC series)). Lord British said he would like to use the Bioforge
technology in an upcoming game, but they have no plans at this time.
Bummer. I thought Bioforge was a good mix of action and puzzle solving.
Ah, well, back to Tomb Raider.
