Ive been playing this game lots lately, and it is truely wonderful, great settings, plot and cast. BUT... I'm getting really worried about Gabe (as he is affectionately known in my house) and the possibilities of him getting hurt/dying etc etc, as is Sierra's reputation. (oops - a snake dropped on my head - for example.) I am gradually finding that its making a massive difference to me whether he lives or dies, BECAUSE he is an actor, and more 'real' than animation. Before - you hurl your puppet characters into fire/flood/voodoo rituals without any more care than - Have I got a save? Is anyone else finding this, as more companies hire actors come to play the hero, (which I really dont mind - not if they do it as well as the cast are doing in GK2) and it gets harder to kill them off upseting the ratings/player? I'm terrified of this game just currently - (milling about in a cave daring myself to light the lamp in chapter 5...) and I'm quite prepared to say so! Lizzie.
