I've tried a million different suggestions found online but nothing seems to work, the game window gets scrunched to the right lower corner of my monitor regardless of what I do. I'm not even going to list everything I've tried because it would take me forever but suffice it to say that I've just given up at this point and will play it on my ancient XP laptop.

I have a laptop with dual GPU's (a dedicated nVidia 860M 1GB and Intel HD5x) and I've tried every thing I could think of/find with both GPU's but no go. No biggie, but thank you for the suggestions anyway.

Can you disable the Intel GPU entirely? Just thinking that if the game is detecting that, it may be refusing to run even though it might be able to using the nvidia GPU, just because of the presence of a GPU it knows isn't capable. Yeah it was one of the first things I've tried (even though the Intel HD should be more than capable of running this 2002 game). Tried the opposite as well, still no go. I see lots of people with mobile Intel/nVidia GPU's complaining about the same problem, apparently no solution has been found yet.

I realize this will be no help, but I had this game installed and running
under XP, upgraded to Win 7, and later to Win 10, and it has kept running
fine. I have made no compatibility adjustments for it at all.
I could send you my nwconfig.ini if you thought it might help at all.
Best,
Mark.

Are you by any chance also running a laptop with an Intel/nVdia GPU combo? If you're not it will probably be a waste of your time.
