I'm running on a Dell P133c with a Soundblaster AWE-32 sound board. When playing Abuse I've noticed that the sound effects sometimes become distorted with lots of static. For instance, in the area on the first level where you blow away the ceiling and all the aliens leap out at you, the alien scream sound effects are really staticy and distorted. It usually happens when there is more thqan one sound effect playing at once, for instance when a whole bunch of aliens scream at the same time. I played the WAV files in Windows95 and they all sounded great. I was just wondering if anyone else has experience this problem while playing the game. Let me know! Thanks. -Aaron

Turn the volume of the sound down, it's blowing out your amp. The aliens screams seem to be boosted way above all the other sounds in terms of waveform intensity...
