Anyone know how to disable the 60fps cap on Wolfenstein 2009?

So far, I have tried editing my

C:\Program Files\Gaming\Steam\steamapps\common\Wolfenstein\sp.bat to
read:

cd SP
Wolf2.exe +set com_allowconsole 1 +set com_unlock_timingMethod 0 +set
com_unlockFPS 1 +set com_unlock_maxFPS 120 +set r_useThreadedRenderer
2

But having no joy. :(

Hi. Did you get it finally? I´m trying it too... I got it in Multiplayer, but in Single Player I wasn´t able

I would appreciate to know how you got it (I you did it)

It´s a pain not to be able to take advantage of the 120hz monitors...

Regards.

Ok, i figured it out. All you need to do is execute a command com_userCommandHz with needed amount of fps.

I edited a file wolf.cfg located at "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\id Software\WolfSP\base" by adding this line:

seta com_userCommandHz "120"

It might be your LCD(butnotsure)
what refresh does your LCD panel have?
60 Hz is kinda common for alot of cheap ones.
If they're waiting for retrace, it won't go faster than the panel.
either get a faster panel or a crt or change the code to not wait
for vertical retrace (you won't see all frames and get tearing, but whatever).

Thanks! I finished the game years ago though. You should play the
newer one, it's much better!
