It uses the cursor keys for motion and the mouse for aiming, firing, etc, etc. The standard res is 300x240, but it can be set to 640x480, 800x600, or 1024x768 (although they slow it down). It's fast moving and a great game, IMHO. I highly recommend you download the demo (I have v0.33 beta) and give it a go.
