Hi!
Anyone know how to pass 'Copan Temple', the 5th stage in Pitfall?
There is a big round rock moving left to right at the end of the stage
but how do I pass it? It's getting annoying...

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanx

You have to make a jump over the rock, and as I found out the hard
way, you have to be in the right spot to make the jump. When the rock
rolls away to the left, run and do the little wall-jump move and
you'll be in the right spot when you land. When the rock is coming
back, after a few trials you'll be able to get your timing right.

Also, when you do get killed. Stay on that ledge and kill the bat,
then look up and use a power stone and the pot that cracks has an
extra life idol in it, so you can keep doing the stone indefinately.

RE/ COPAN TEMPLE.

Usually, advice is given to "take your time."
To get past the Mayan calender, don't follow that advise.
Instead, as soon as you move the switch to open the gate,
start running left and jump off the ledge to barely clear the
rock. Let me know if it works out for you :)
