I was playing this game while ago and have never had problems but what happened next really pissed me off.

When I try to play mission 8 of campaign 5, The attack on the base, it crashes right when it is finished loading. I then get a the c:/earthsiege/mtech directory in dos.

What is happening??? I can play all the other missions but this one.


I have a 486/sx 33 with 8 megs and am using a bootdisk. Also I just added the expansion set, maybe this is what is causing the problem or is it the bootdisk(config.sys and autoexec.bat)? I did add SMARTDRIVE to those files. Should I take it out?

I'll try some other options on my own but any suggestions would be appreciated.
