Well, if you started the game with a pre-set mind frame, sure, C&C can look 
like Dune 2. If you want it to resemble something familiar to you, yes, it 
can resemble Dune 2. However, you won't find the somewhat improved AI in 
Dune 2. You won't find these cut-scenes. You also won't find the nifty 
weapons (oribital Ion cannon) and the strategies to use them effectively.
Now, may I ask, what's in Dune 2 that's not here in C&C?
