NHL '96 questions

I've been playing NHL '96 for the IBM CD-ROM over the past few days and
have a couple of questions:

1) How do you get four players involved in the action? Is this only
for modem play, where you could have two guys on each end of the phone
call? The manual says to disable the sound card's joystick port if you
have another joystick card, so if that's the case... how could you get
four joysticks running on one computer?

2) It seems as if when you create a player, you can only -trade-
somebody on your current roster for him. I didn't see a free-agent
pickup anywhere. Am I right or did I miss something?

3) Are there boxscores anywhere, showing scoring and shots by period?

4) Did anybody see a double-minor, major (not fighting), a player slam
the penalty box in disgust, or an injury yet? I haven't...

5) Does anybody know how you tell if the modem connection is 14.4 or
28.8? It doesn't seem to say anywhere. Also, the chat mode is cool,
but how come you can't delete something that you type?

That's all for now...

If anybody has answers, please either post them here or E-Mail me back.

Thanks...
