8-)  Do you see anything about the "quotes" being attributed to any source? 
At all?  I can write something and say it is a quote, too:

QUOTE:

Until Microsoft announces the exact details of the forthcoming Xbox version, 
all else will be speculation.  Just because something is posted to some web 
site on the Internet does not make it true, or accurate.
