Quite interesting. Although you seem to miss some important periods of gaming history. Namely the arrival of the Commodore 64. You mention it once which dosent do it any justice. The C64 was in production from 1982 to 1992 and sold 17-22 million units worldwide. Since it was the first mass produced computer for the home market with color, sound and lots and lots and lots of software it should recieve a whole section in your book by itself. I would say it introduced computing to the masses and hooked a whole generation of gamers. Im still a big gamer myself and hooked my teeth into gaming and computers in general with a C64 and loved every minute, hour and day of it. Jackson.
