There are some things that don't work properly without the update. I
think they're mostly to do with the 'Live' store. I noticed that the
'buy' option was missing for some of the games. When I did a bit of
research I discovered that the Anniversary Update would fix that issue
and some other store related things.

Apart from that, it doesn't seem to be much other than some cosmetic
and interface changes to Windows 10 itself.

I am very partial to Windows 10. But I do have 2 machines running
Windows 7 plus another PC running XP for my older games and as a
reminder of how Windows has changed over the years.

I also have 2 laptops, one running Windows 10 and one running Vista.
My latest project is to build a PC running Windows 98. I'm having
major problems finding drivers for just about everything in the PC
though. I think I need to look for much older parts.

I looked on ebay and Amazon at some old P4's and P3's. They sell for
ridiculously high prices, as do the single components from those days
as well.

Mrs Rob will not be amused.
