Huh, it's end of August already? And here I was thinking about getting
around to writing this for July... Oh well.

So, anyways, I had been thinking about a GPU update for while (from a
GTX 670) and what do you know, some last 980Ti cards were going
relatively cheaply so snapped one up. Kinda boring though, Fraps just
shows a steady 60 fps mostly :) I guess I'll have get one of the GSync
monitors.

* Deus Ex: Mankind Divided

Only started the first mission. Had fun sneaking around and trying to
stun everyone but things got weird, all the little pickable objects
started floating at waist level and then some more serious rendering
stuff started to happen so I couldn't tell wall from door and progress
got impossible. Had to restart since this situation was included in the
save game. 

Otherwise it's what I wanted, which was more Deus Ex. Even if it's just
Human Revolution with less warts like some reviewer put it. 

* The Talos Principle (July) 

Eventually got through all the basic puzzles. I was quite surprised, I
was quite stuck on some for a long time but eventually managed all. I
guess I'll have to think about the DLC or doing the extra star puzzles
of which I have only 2/30.

* GTA V

Picked up my old save which was just after all the intro stuff and
started playing again. It feels good. Did the first heist, went crazy as
Trevor, reached Los Santos with him. We'll see but I think I'll finish
it this time. I guess I've needed a longer break from GTA anything as it
actually seems fun now.
