Whether these are reasons enough to avoid the upgrade depend on personal preference. Myself, I don't think see Windows10 as offering a compelling enough reason to upgrade even were these issues not on the table; as it is, I've decided to hold off and - apparently - so have many other Windows customers. That Microsoft felt obligated to not only /give away/ their latest OS but also force it down customer throats by making it a mandatory upgrade, though, speaks volumes on their confidence in their product.
