The link I provided has it, or seems to anyway.

Click on the download button, which will take you to another page which
will show a filename of unzip.rar, 
click on the "free download" button which will bring up another page,
click on that download button to download the file, unrar it to extract
the rar files with the actual mod.

I just checked it - still there, most likely because the download is
specifically NOT saying what it is but is instead an innocuous name.
