I've been bit worried about its Graphic card 2GB min spec.
The following tests are from the 1st introductory section
so I would expect system usage to be higher when in the main game outdoor
sections.
Fallout 4 min. specs seem over stated to me.
On a i7 4770k 4.5 GHz , 16GB RAM
with GTX 770 2GB Graphics. at 1920x1200
The game Auto selects 'High' which is 'Ultra' Texture quality
& uses around 1.6 GB graphic card memory with all the 'bells n whistles'
turned High or Ultra .
The Distance settings are around 50%
That gives solid 60 FPS with CPU total usage around 15% to 20% (across 8
cores)
It uses 90% + of the GPU.
Set to Auto 'Low' Pre-set CPU is around 15% GPU 55%
but the Graphic card memory usage is still around 1.4 GB
which is surprisingly high for 'Low' .
The lowest Texture is called 'Medium' rather than 'Low'
IMO that is odd.
I dropped the resolution to the minimum 1280x800 & every Graphic setting to
minimum
the Graphic card Mem. usage was STILL 1.4 GB
Soooo ! FO4 may indeed need a 2 GB + graphic card.
Both above 'High' & 'Low' settings looked virtually the same to me in game.
