Aargh!!! > > If this keeps up, I may just quit the darn game! :-) I just noticed some posts that confirm one issue I was thinking of that might be affecting you, since you mentioned playing on Very Easy. Fallout 4 has the same XP problem that Fallout 3 had. You get *less* xp the easier the setting of the game. I actually found this made Fallout 3 *harder* the easier I put the setting of the game, because it took much longer to level up, so you spent longer at the lower level and tougher monsters were tougher relatively to you than they would have been at a harder. I assume this is the same for Fallout 4. Totally counter-intuitive. I'd suggest going either normal or difficult to level up faster. Difficult will be significantly faster. If you really want to game the system, ratchet it all the way up (but not to survival), save often, and when you have to reload, lower it temporarily for anything you're having trouble with. After getting really familiar with FO3 I installed a mod that made all difficulties give the same xp as Very Easy, so it was actually more difficult on higher difficulties. - Justisaur
