Just been looking through a list of all Bethesda's releases.
Only about 20% are designed in house.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Bethesda_Softworks_video_games
There's quite a number of poor / not very good .
RAGE- Call of Cthulhu - Rogue Warrior.
The Elder Scrolls since Morrowind & Fallout 3 & 4 games
IMO are all variations & upgraded graphics of the same thing - Fallout New
Vegas
is a different developer - Obsidian Entertainment. & ESO from ZeniMax
I'm bored with all those characterless characters ,
repetitive samey interiors, poor animations, dull simplistic quests. Clumsy
combat.
I'm inclined to think all downhill since Morrowind & its hand designed
graphics.
Bethesda really needs to rethink there basic design methods / structure
(all the ES & FO games are the same)
& use brand new different game engine(s). for any more sequels
They have Dishonored 2 & a new DOOM next year hopefully offering us
something
new & different.
