Just Werner's patch.
I'm well into the game now.

I'm fine with the graphics.  There're a few graphical/rendering
glitches but nothing gamebreaking.  The art is ... well... visceral.
Immersive.  Jeeez, after each playing session I run to the shower to
wash the sleaze off!  Very "politically incorrect" stuff.

The reason I can play it through this time is I've picked up the
general feel for RPGs.  Couldn't stand them until relatively recently.

I've gone to youtube playthru's twice now to get thru' sections (it's
no doubt too late to learn patience - "oh it's that tiny key in the
corner in a room I passed thru' way back there...") and see how
choosing different clans and traits totally changes the experience.
So I'll no doubt play it again in a few months.
