To Masters of Magic Carpet 2:

1.) How Do I kill the flying dragon?  It kills me even when I have
    my shield on, and none of my spells can even scratch it!

2.) How do I run the MC2 demo in SVGA?  I get the SVGA opening
    screen, but the actual game is in VGA.  I have a Pentium 75,
    and the beginning of the demo says "Intel Pentium Processor".

Any advice is appreciated.
