I like the selection and prices Damark offers, but a word of caution on some of the more complicated purchases. I bought a Gateway 2000 P60 early this year from them that had been factory-serviced and was selling for about $400 less than a new one from Gateway. However, I didn't receive the non-installed software such as Encarta, MS Golf, etc. I called Gateway for the software, but they said it was Damark's respon- sibility. I called Damark many times and they promise to send it, but 6 months later I still haven't received anything. I still would have bought the computer even if I had known what would happen as I am very satisfied with it, but the poor customer service and support in this one instance shows there are sometimes drawbacks to purchasing from them.
