We're talking 3d smoke effects, fully contoured roads, cars texture mapped and rendered so well they look like some kind of SGI animation, skid marks that stay where they are through the entire race, weather effects, decent car AI, texture maps that somehow don't go blocky at close range, scenery items that scale and turn depending on your cars angle, all that and a dozen more things I don't have time to list. The detail of the graphics in NFS just completely blows everything else away on this platform. They aren't some crappy 2D Outrun ripoff shite. It's not limited to 45 degree slopes like SysShock, and as a whole it provides a _much_ more contoured world than said game. Play the game some more before you post.
