I have done all that stuff that is described above, and basically, what I am wondering about is why is it that only certain keys are available to be chosen for assigning game functions to. (In other words I have noticed to my dismay that in the list on the right hand side giving available keys, all too many are in grey and thus cannot be chosen.) I want to make some very large changes to the general organization of the Mech controls, and the abbreviated list of pickable keys prevents me from doing so. So, it is a relatively trivial point, but still why is it that only certain keys can be chosen, and is there a possible way to lift this limitation? Thanks for the help, Damion dam...@wam.umd.edu
