Sure, under Linux. :^) I got no idea what you need to do under Win95. According to the DOS_NOTE.TXT file: "You must have a VESA driver loaded in order to play hi-res." >Anyone like this game, hate it? I played it for a bit, and its not >bad. Wish I could experience SVGA tho. And it is a bit dark, but >thats easily fixable. Well, in case someone hasn't noticed, I think Abuse is the greatest thing since Ed Meese left government... Actually, SVGA isn't that great for gameplay. The levels are designed to be played in 320x200 -- otherwise you can see too much of the level layout and the game becomes too easy (and not nearly as surprising). Also from DOT_NOTE.TXT: "It is recommend that you beat Abuse at 320x200 before playing hi-res, because you can see more than you are supposed to." So what's SVGA for? It's really nice for editing levels.
