In Luna mission 1 when you take over the base you damage the
base that damage is still present in Luna mission 5. If the base
was less than 60% intact when you completed Luna mission 1
you will automatically fail Luna mission 5 as soon as it starts.
You will need to restore a saved game previous to completing Luna
mission 1 and not damage the base so heavily.
