Just not true.  Here we have an example of yet another person spreading 
lies about Win95.  Once again, Win95 runs just about everything without 
reboot.  You can set seperate config.sys and autoexec.bat if you want to 
use the DOS session (which is DOS on top of Windows, not the other way 
around), or you can set a number of parameters to run the DOS program in 
a window.  Read up on Win95, or better yet, get a copy for yourself and 
stop reading the propaganda.
