So what happens when >millions of people who have had their hopes and expectations built up >by the M$ marketing machine try to use it? I agree with you that win95 will have bugs, as you said that's because it's v1.0. I have not yet encountered a bug or crashed with win95. I know by now I would have crashed at least twice since I've gotten win95 if I were still using 3.11. >I am a firm believer of the adage - 'If it ain't broke then don't fix it' or >'Don't upgrade just because Bill tells you' If you are happy with DOS/Windows >and it does everything you need to then leave '95 alone - it will only cause >you grief. Then why upgrade to OS/2? I upgraded to win95 for 32bitness that can actually run dos and windows 3.x programs at the speed I am used to or even faster. I remember when I upgraded to OS/2. The load time for dos and windows programs was slower then the native time. I mean a lot slower. Then I thought to myself, why am I useing OS/2 when I can run all the programs I am running now, faster? Still, I used it for another month before switching back. Now it's a waste of $70 gathering dust. Avan
