It's not true.  The new Corel Draw 6.0 will be Windows 95 only.  It
will not run under Win32 of Win3.1.  It may not work under the
current version of NT as well.  Corel say that it's Win95 only because
it rely on many new feature and functionality (e.g. interface) not
available under previous version of Windows.  But there are suspicions
that MS had entered into some kind of agreement with major developer:
Win95 only product in return for the "Windows 95 approved" sticker.

I have used the Win95 desktop and "Workspace shell for windows" which
is suppose to be identical to OS/2 desktop.  I found both a pain to
use, while the Win95 one is a bit easier.
