Be honest, is it really so?

I can say that I *managed* to run every game I have (including
Microprose's Memory Hogs, sorry but you need at least 640 KB of conventional
memory ;-(

But without Memory managers? You still have to boot up with
HIMEM.SYS (at least).
For running MPs F1GP, I have to omit the
german keyboard driver and some of the small TSRs that make DOS-
Sessions more comfortable.
DESCENT runs perfectly, but *faster*?
I'ld like to say, as fast as under plain DOS6 (maximum), but not faster
(btw, how should it do that?)

Loading times of Win 3.11 Apps are horrible (sometimes, may be that my DriveSpaced
harddisk is a little bit out of space), but once loaded, they run fine
(but not faster as under Win 3.11). Some 3.11 Apps (I suspect they do quite
an overhead in cooperative multitasking) even run sloooooowowwwwwweeerrrr.

The best thing for me:

Win95 Apps are on there way. (e.g. Mosaic for Win95 is out, beta)

Ah, my system is a P60, 16/540 MB.

All in all: I love Win95, really

Markus
