I would never bet with someone who constantly changes the bet.  In case 
you've forgotten, your original statement was that it would be released 
August 24, which is substantially closer than the end of 95.

If it crashes and requires a reboot it is unstable.  Poorly written 
programs may crash, but you must be able to simply kill that program (ala 
NT and OS/2)
