 Forget the big 3/4.  Find a private provider.  I use CRIS, which offers more
 and costs less than any other service, period.  They also offer a nationwide
 800# (which is more than I can say for most services).  $5.00 an hour is less
 than I can call the next town!  
 
 IMHO, MSN is providing a terrible model for other services.  As I recall, you
 pay by the usage of certain areas... If you download a certain file, you get
 billed for that file.  If you search a database for 5 minutes, you get billed
 for searching for 5 minutes.  It's all pay-as-you-go.  This makes for a much
 more expensive and less effective system for those people who use it heavily.
 They'd be better off than AOL!

 If they've changed their pricing scheme, I apologize... My information may be
 out of date.
