: But the argument's about preinstalling warp on computers instead of windows.
: The simple fact is noone wants warp because noone would buy warp over
: windows for more money, because the average person can't see the use
: (what's that? 3nanoseconds faster?) of more, esp with win95 around the
: corner, for which all games will be developed for which will leave warp
: totally in the cold
: So there

Are you kidding? I hope you don't think that WARP is barely
superior to Windows 3.1, because if so you are sorely mistaken.
Have you ever heard of TRUE multitasking? The implementors
of 3.1 didn't (just kidding, of course they did, they just
didn't care). And I'm sure you have some solid evidence
for *all* these games that will be developed on '95 when
it hasn't even been released. Let's face it, Windows can
run WINDOWS software well, and DOS as a cheap hack
(at least in 3.1) that's about it. WARP can run DOS, WINDOWS,
OS/2 (as if there were any native OS/2 apps, but...).
Also, where do you get this mystical fact that WARP costs
more money than 3.1? Every software store I've seen with
WARP and Windows on the same shelf, WARP is far cheaper than
buying 3.1 new.

But, I haven't tested Win95 yet, so I'm not gonna make any conjectures
about what it will turn out like.

Anyway, forget all these crappy DOS emulators and go
DL yourselves copies of Linux, the true x86 operating
system.
