chciałbym z tym Black-Boxem wejść do miejskiego hotspota i męczę się w 
ustawieniach dobry miesiąc. czy mogłby mi ktoś pomóc krok po kroku? tak 
po prostemu. nie chce pobierać adres automatycznie przez DHCP.

Musisz zestawić połączenie radiowe:
AP -> Wireless -> Basic Settings
jeśli połączenie jest szyfrowane to ustawiasz klucze:
AP -> Wireless -> Security

Jeśli masz już połączenie z dobrym sygnałem to ustawisz tryb pracy:
AP -> Operation Mode ->  Wireless ISP
a następnie by AP pobierał adres:
AP -> TCP/IP Settings -> WAN Interface
WAN Access Type: DHCP Client

Moim zdaniem albo nie ustawiłeś trybu pracy albo nie masz połączenia
lub słaby sygnał.
