"polskie" czyli "warszawskie"?

Cytuję ze strony Skype:

All numbers available belong to the same area code.
I understand that according to the rules of the URT, the Polish Regulatory
Authority, I must be a resident of Warsaw and that use of the number shall
be in conformity with requirements of the Polish regulatory authority in
order to subscribe to the SkypeIn service.

cóż za głupota.. to jak nie mieszkam w  warszawskie strefie to nie moge miec 
numeru 0-22? :P

a gdybyśmy tak zaczeli pisać do Skypa, to może by dostali też inne numery??
