W Stanach 18 latek może pracować na pełen etat, być właścicielem domu, samochodu i wziąć ślub, iść do więzienia ale nie może napić się piwa. Jeśli już taki młodzian zdobędzie alkohol to może zostać w jakiś sposób ukarany, czy też czepiają się tylko tych, którzy mu go podali/sprzedali?
