Z doliczaniem podatku spotkalem sie jedynie w przypadku sklepow, ktore maja siedziby w danym stanie. Sklepy wirtualne .COM (a tam najtaniej wlasnie kupic mozna) nie dodaja podatku. Inna sprawa, ze trzeba sie z takich rzeczy rozliczac z IRS-em (use tax).
