Dlaczego szybciej przez router

Zauważyłem, że po podłączeniu SDI przez router Asmax BR804 transfery są wyższe. Tam gdzie bez routera mam pobieranie 10,1 kB/s to z routerem 10,6 kB/s. Jedyne rozsądne wytłumaczenie jakie przychodzi mi do głowy, to to, że chyba mój sterownik do HIS-a nie jest optymalny, lub niektóre ustawienia nie są najlepsze. Co o tym sądzicie ? Pozdrawiam Jacek ps. gdzie znajdę opis najlepszych ustawien Win98 pod SDI ?

Poszukałem trochę informacji, przestawiłem MTU i jest OK, śmiga tak samo jak przez router, nawet lepiej. Pozdrawiam Jacek
