Problem z pocztą

Mam serwer pocztowy na freesco. Do niedawna było wszystko OK, ale ostatnio po 
nałapaniu wirusów po próbie ściągania pojawia się pliczek .LOCK i nie da się 
ściągnąć poczty. Pojawia się komunikat, że PASS coś tam. Próbowałem z innego 
komputera (spoza sieci lokalnej) i nie ma żadnych komunikatów o błędach. Skąd 
się bierze ten plik .LOCK?? Jak się go pozbyć??
