Nie śle załącznika... ogólnie znany błąd OE... sprawdź w archiwum
pl.news.czytniki. Słowo kluczowe: begin.

Akurat tak się śmiesznie składa, że Twój OE nie jest poprawnie
skonfigurowany. Ustaw MIME we właściwościach wysyłania postów.
