W skrócie to chodzi o przeniesienie elementów koncepcji treningu z 
pomiarem mocy na trening z zapisem HR.
W jakimś stopniu umożliwia to nowy beta feature z konta free na 
trainingpeaks: hrTSS (zapoznaj się z uwagami kiedy hrTSS odpowiada +- TSS,
w szczególności trzeba dobrze ustawić próg bo inaczej to wszystko będzie o 
kant d... potrzeć).
