start preload:

s = new Sound()
s.attachSound("sound_in_libary")
s.play()
v = 100

at end make a frame loop:

v -= 10
s.setVolume(v)
if (v<= 0) {
//end loop
}


so final lopp will look like:

1st frame:
s = new Sound()
s.attachSound("sound_in_libary")
s.play()
v = 100

2nd frame:
preloader if loaded goto Nth frame


Nth frame
v -= 10
s.setVolume(v)
if (v<= 0) {
//end loop (dont go to next frame...)
}

(N+1)th frame
goto Nth frame
