nie, to coś innego
dopisz wmode=transparent do embed i do object
powinno pomóc

powinno to wyglądać mniej więcej tak:
<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"
codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,29,0"
width="156" height="220">
<param name="movie" value="img/tworcze.swf">
<param name="quality" value="high">
<param name="wmode" value="transparent">
<embed src="img/tworcze.swf" width="156" height="220" quality="high"
pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"
type="application/x-shockwave-flash"
wmode="transparent"></embed></object>
