formatowanie tekstu formułą?

Pewno banalne, ale mam zaćmienie... :)

Chciałbym coś takiego (w komórce C1):

= a1 & italic(b1)

Ale nie ma funkcji "italic" ani "kursywa". Nie ma funkcji formatujących. 
Podejrzewam, że należałoby nałożyć styl, ale chcę italic tylko dla 
tekstu z B1, a nie dla całej komórki C1.
