ale po co tu cokolwiek obniżać skoro jak najbardziej jest ok. Zrywa?

Ja mam parametry bardzo podobne (może ciut mniejsze tłumienie - 18). Jest  
stabilnie, transfer
jest OK (na pełne 20 megabitów nie mam szans ale z 17-18 jest).

A coś się niedobrego dzieje? Zrywa połączenia? Duże pingi? Nie osiąga 20M? 
Czy coś innego? Bo moim zdaniem występowanie błędów w transmisji to jeszcze 
nie powód by zmniejszać prędkość. Był testowany inny router/modem?
